What does your online account say about your membership type and expiry date?

I hav it til d 28/5/2014 I hav my txts nd free calls landline mins nd my 5.00 gb remaining on my internet I hav no 3G or anythin wen I turn it al on I hav no Internet can u fix Tis prob tanks..

It's don membership to sorry I top up wit 20 every month always worked jus Tis time it hasn't...

Did you do any software update on your phone recently?

What are your internet/APN settings right now?

If necessary you may need to contact 48 support.

If you cannot do this through the online form (seems flakey for many people including myself right now) use the email address:

If your internet/APN/MMS settings are not correct then you should try to configure them again. The online configurator "automated service" should be able to do this for you:
