No Internet!!!

I have just joined 48 and have moved my old number to the network successfully, my question is, afterfollowing the steps to set up my phone for internet and picture messages, I cannot get an internet connection.

 

Anyone know why this is, and what I can do to sort it out asap.

Do you have a data allowance as part of your membership or data add-on?

Your online membership should clarify.

How did you configure your internet APN/MMS settings?

What are they right now?

Do you have data roaming enabled?

Hi, i changed my internet settings as instructed on this but still no intetnet can anyone help me please😭😕
P.s i have internet included in my deal.
