Number still hasn't moved - Had to put old sim back into phone

Hi.

I asked for my number to be moved last week. When i wondered why it hadn't a few days later, i realised i had a remainder left on my bill and that might have been the problem.

I paid that and now i am still not getting phonecalls or texts so i had to put back in my old sim to get them. How long does it take or do i have to click 'move my number' again to do it?

thnks.

Hi

You correctly highlighted a reason why a previous carrier (MAY) deny releasing a number over to a new carrier.

Quite a few people forget this little spoken fact - if you have a remainder on your bill, you must settle your bill before beginning the porting process to any new carrier!

Have you checked your membership page (My 48)

If there are any issue's regarding the transfer - it will be made known there.
