Over charged

To whom it concerns,

I was overcharged for my last subscription. I paid €10 and 48 withdrew €20 from my account.
I have the proof in my bank details if needs be. I would appreciate if this problem was rectified immediately and 48 reimbursed me with €10.

Are you sure that you didn't inadvertently buy two €10 memberships one of which started immediately and the other of which would have stacked to kick in when the first one expired?

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases/topups?

What does your My48 page say about your current membership status and expiry date and any next membership(s) and start date(s)?

I've paid twice but the next membership starts after this one so no problem
