Registering Replacement Sim!

Anon
Not applicable

So anyway, I ordered a new simcard, came today, When I went on to register it, it said my account had already got an active sim on it, when I went to my details, my settings etc, nothing came up about my number, my membership, and every time I went to register, it kept saying I already had an active sim.

So me being me, I thought it'd be easier just to create a new account, nevertheless, now it says I have to pay €20 for the free calls and texts to any network, all because my old account wouldn't let me register my sim.

So anyway, I'm just wondering if there is a way to go about getting my new simcard registered with my old account, any help is appreciated!

Thanks

Well I think the best option would be to log a ticket with the 48 crew here

Just tell them what you said here and they can help you sort out the problems that deal with your account , so that you can get your current SIM up and running with what was on your old one!
I hope it gets resolved soon and that this helped you! 😃
