I have the 12.99€ plan and it says I have unlimited minutes and texts, but when I call someone on my phone it doesn't go out and says i'm out off minutes. what do i do?

Are you abroad right now or still in Ireland?

What sort of number are you calling? 

Irish landline/mobile? International number? Etc.

Can you receive calls?

Can you send/receive texts?
