What do you mean?

Topped up your credit balance or bought membership or add-ons?

What exactly did you do?

What does your online account say about your current membership status, expiry date and next membership status/start date if applicable?

What does your My History page say about recent purchases/topups?

Remember that if you have a current membership that has not run its course and expired yet then any new membership bought will stack to kick in when the current membership has expired. It will not start immediately.
