Internet Settings

I've a Nokia Lumia 930 Windows 8.1 phone. I've changes my internet settings, which seem to be working fine but mms messaging isn't. Any help would be appreciated

I wanted my number to stay the same so I selected keep my number ,it will now not allow me to move my number

48 keep sending me out dual sim instead of nano, 3 times now
