got my 48 sim

Hi I got my 48 SIM put it in my phone worked fine then I moved my number and now nothing no signal can't make calls receive texts nothing help please

What number is displayed when you log into your online account?

Top right of this page:

 

https://www.48months.ie/my-48

 

Is it correct? I.e. is it the number that you asked to be ported over or the older one?

Can you manually scan for networks, see 48 and then manually connect to it?

Try rebooting if you haven't done so already.
