Since joining 48months I haven't been able to get iMessage and FaceTime to work. After numerous attempts topping up my account to cover the nominal message charge for activation, all it's done is cost me money! Very frustrating. Nothing seems to work. I contacted Apple and they said the issue lies with 48months.
