internet problems!

I have an Alcatel one touch star which used to have the internet working perfectly on it but after switching phones and returning back to this Alcatel phone the internet won't work. The settings are all correct and signal is good (displaying a H), mobile data on too... Can't figure it out! Please help!

Do you still have any data allowance?

What does your online account say?

Is data roaming enabled?

Are you 100% sure that the internet settings are still the same as before and correct?
