membership wont work

Hi i just put 10 in my phone for the guido membership and its coming up paid on my account but i still cant make free calls ??

Are you sure you signed up for the membership, rather than having just topped up your account?

also, have you tried sending texts & connecting to the internet?

please try have someone try send you a text/call you too.

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

text and calls fail. Plus No mobile data

Was it working before?

If so did anything change on your phone - software update, settings changes etc.?

Do you have an active membership with non zero allowance balances?

Do you have a signal/network connection at all?

If no then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

If necessary contact 48 support for more assistance.
