I need a new number ASAP. Do i need to change sim again or can you allocate me a new number?

If you want a new 089 number on your existing account/SIM then you will need to contact 48 support to see if they can allocate one for you:

If you get a brand new SIM then it will be a totally separate account, email address, number etc. and not linked at all to any current membership, add-ons etc.
