payment taken twice

Hi I topped up the other day and have just checked my bank a/c to see it has been taken twice

This can happen when somebody inadvertently buys two topups/memberships/add-ons when they only meant to do it once.

What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

If the My History page says that there was only one payment/purchase but your bank says that there were two then you need to get onto 48 support to get them to investigate and sort it out.

But you were charged twice on your card/bank account?

That's odd and something that you need to contact 48 support about to get this sorted:
