"Membership in Progress"

I topped up ages ago using 10 euro balance on my account for a Guido membership...it ususally goes through in minutes, but today I have been waiting hours for my membership to be renewed...it is saying "Membership in Progress" on my 48 page

...can someone help with this please? I need to have a working phone with credit, esp when I pay for it! I have opened a request on this but still waiting on any reply

I'm having the same problem! I was wondering was it just me because I exited out of the tab too early but the money came out of my account and i still cant use my phone. At least I know it's not just me. It's ridiculus really as you should get what you pay for. This needs to be explained.
