topping up problem!!

Ok, so I topped up today and its been about an hour since ive done so. Here's the problem...I went onto the history of my 48 and it stated that my top up was delivered but my internet won't work 😞 then I went into my 48 and it stated that my balance was €0.00 and that all I have is 300 minutes of network calls and texts. I hope someone can help out here as to why my top up isn't working 😞 thanks 🙂

This link explains why when you buy membership the money is removed from your credit balance:

If your internet is not working then (assuming you have a data allowance as part of your membership) then you need to configure your internet settings. Try the steps here:
