Did you try rebooting and/or uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

Delete the app from phone and re install, it worked for me

There's a problem with the app again at the moment.
Just use the website instead for now.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.
If that doesn't help then you'll need to contact 48 support.
