Not working 48 network

I came back from holiday in Lithuania and my 48network doesnt work in my phone.What can I do,please help me,thanks

What does not work?

Calls? Texts? Data? Network signal? Nothing at all?

What happens when you do a manual scan for networks?

Can you see and connect to 48?

What make and model of phone is it?

My sin has stopped working, how do I register again

@dalyer nothing is working as i have "emergency calls only" so i cant do nothing with my phone, Its a samsung s10e and the model is SM-G970W. When i try to manually switch network, 48 pops up, when i press it, it says " connecting" but after it pops up that it failed....
