Have a problem i went abroad and my phone cant catch any service 😞

I am the exact same please help

I'm guessing that both of you are using iPhones in which case it's the usual iPhone roaming problem.

Ahah well im still not connected 😄

Are you using an iPhone?

Did you try the tip in the link above?

You may need to try many times before you manage to "catch" and configure the relevant option.

Yes im using iphone 5C and i tried catching service many times but its not even giving me any options

Unfortunately iPhones can simply be a lot of hassle in this (roaming) and other circumstances.

These problems don't arise with other phones - e.g. Android, Windows etc.
