Could be to do with the introduction of 4G/LTE data by 48 today...

Try enabling roaming/data roaming, toggle airplane mode on and off and see if that helps.
It worked for me earlier today.

No it didn’t

Did you manage to solve it? I have the same problem. No service. Tried all the suggestions but nothing worked

Having the same issue since yesterday, and heading to Europe for the weekend, kind of need a working phone! Any update from 48??

Same problem here,”no service” on my screen the last 24hrs😡absolute joke.
Tried everything..definitely has some to do with the change over from 3g to LTE..any help appreciated

So annoyed !!! At this stage I’m going to have to go another company this morn to get a SIM card as I can’t be without a phone on a 24hr shift 😡.

Same problem no service for over 24 hrs
