Where are you located?

Are you new to 48 or were you with them with services working normally before last week's outage?

Have you logged a support query?

my account has been deactivated and i want to know why as i only registered with 48 3 weeks ago im not happy as this network has problems constantly and im angry like i am considering to swith networks

Time to swap in the ol reliable meteor sim card may just saty with meteor when the month is up

Just hurry up and fix the **bleep**ing service this happens way to much not even worth 20 a month meteor is only 30 and this **bleep** never happens and if it does the fix it fast

Why have I got no service since ladt nite?? THIS IS SO ANNOYING CANT MAKEVOR RECIEVE CALLS ITS JUST NOT ON !!

I'm not aware of any network outage last night to date.

What does your online account say about your membership status and expiry date?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?

hi there , i have tried to call my moblie phone from a landline ,

told that my phone is not in service .

i have a DON MEMBERSHIP with you my account paid up till August .

 

 

pleae help a.s.a.p.

Can you make calls from your mobile?

Can you send/receive texts?

Are you getting a signal/bars OK?
