It really isn't fair on customers last week we were unable to make outgoing calls and this week we have no network it is very dangerous to leave someone with no way of communication I would be greatful if accounts are given credit due to being effected by this issue as we pay a membership to ensure we are provided with network quality which frankly hasn't being occurring for the past week and will leave people annoyed and leaving your network and join your competion

By the cheap as chips excuse logic, would u say its excusable for a low cost airline to crash "because it was a cheap ticket"?

I thought it was my phone at first, I was calling it every name under the sun, So close to smashing it to pieces.I'm pretty pissed off, but whatever. I'm glad it's the network, and not my phone, I don't have the money to get a new one. I'm all up for compensation, but at the end of the day : GET THE **bleep** OVER IT. The company  **bleep**ed up. Every company does. Meteor went down for a few hours like 3 years ago and EVERYBODY lost their **bleep**. It's a phone, you don't NEED it. Do something productive.

People stop bitching its the o2 that have problems with the network not just 48 so if o2 is down 48 will be down aswell. It wont be fixed untill o2 will fix it simple as
