Voucher Retirement

For all you 48'ers out there who buy credit vouchers in shop, we have some important information.

 

48 are dedicated to keeping their customer journey online only and so, from the 6 January 2020, you’ll no longer be able to buy 48 top up vouchers in shops. Don’t worry you can still purchase credit, but you will need to do this through your My48 account. 

 

You’ll still be able to use any in date voucher bought before January 6 2020 by calling 1740. Please check your voucher for its expiry date.

 

How to top up on My48:

  1. Log into your My48 account here or the My48 app.
  2. Go to ‘Buy membership’ tab and choose the credit amount to top up.
  3. Enter your card details and purchase.
