Ny ones internet stop workin for no reason.. Iv tried every step from the help menu still no gud  iv 3g signal an it trys to load

On my 48 home page it says loading activating sim. This is goin on 2 hrs an it slso says no service on my fone

I joined an hr ago. Its tellin me on my signal bar ive no network.. I dnt no if this is down to my fone/signal or 48 themselves

I hope they resolve it soon for us. Taught it was just me till this eve. They tried everything for me too

Still not workin, i contacted the 48 support team.. They hav tried wverything 2  havin no luck since i joined last week
