I I have gone through many things to try since Saturday ,three days of trying different suggestions from agents. I have changed my APM settings number of times and other settings in the same area of my phone. the connectivity is working in this device. Where I am at home it has never working in my phone anymore since Sunday. Before that it always worked perfectly with really strong signal. What could be the reason.

Do you have an active membership/plan?

Do you have a non zero data balance?

 

 

If you've used up your current membership plan's data allowance then you'll need to buy a data add-on to tide you over until you can start a new membership/plan:

 

 

Delete any APN(s) that you have configured and create a new one with the settings mentioned here:

 

 

If that still doesn't work then post back with more info.
