What exactly do you mean by "slow"?

You'll need to provide some data such as from Ookla Speedtest or a similar test app.

Where are you located?

Was it always slow it did or slow down recently?

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions to ensure that they are:

With regard to 5G what make and model of phone do you have?

Are you sure that it's 5G capable?

If it's a Google Pixel then see here as it's likely to be a limitation of Google's phone firmware:

What networks do you see if you do a manual search?

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the link in my signature below or email them at support@48months.zendesk.com

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I’m in Dublin and unable to browse the internet on my iPhone XR.

You'll need to check that your APN settings are configured correctly.

If they are and it's still slow then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.

As far as I can see the iPhone XR is not a 5G phone so you're not going to get 5G connectivity/mobile data speeds on it - just 4G/LTE.
