A few weeks ago my data switched to 'R' and is no longer working saying that I need to switch on roaming. I am not abroad and roaming is not an add on I have nor need. How can this be resolved? I have tried rebooting.
Although it says i have signal, neither my internet, calls or texts are working for me. I can recieve texts but can't use anything on the promised deal.What is happening?? Is it my phone or the deal??
