I want to reactive my credit I bought credit and I want to top up but didn't work because I have to reactive my credit cause I didn't top up any since I got it so please I need help to active my credit I really need it

How do I get rid of        48|Emergency calls only   On top of home screen and bottom of Notification Setting screen.I am able to make calls ok.

Hi, I was with 48 for over a year then switched to Vodafone. I would like to move back to 48. I still have my old 48 SIM, can I use that or will I need to order a new one?Cheers.
