Was it working before?

Did anything change on your phone - e.g. software update, settings changes, factory reset etc.?

Does anything work? Connection to the 48 network? Incoming or outgoing calls? Incoming or outgoing texts? Data?

If you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?
