I'm traveling within Europe for 2 weeks. My current plan doesnt run out untilthe end of december. But need to switch to the Guido otherwise I cannot use my phone.

Im ordering a new sim as im changing phone so i need a nano sim and i currently have a micro sim.  As im keeping my same number will i loose the membership i have already paid for this month on my old sim...is there any way to avoid loosing my member...

Until today it took 3 days to get my credit through now I have 20 euro balance, now it won’t let me call or text saying I have no credit

Will 48 ever be able to provide 4G? I remember myself and some others asking about this like, 2 years ago and 48 said they were considering it. I'm guessing they just can't due to money or tech constraints?

Where abouts can I change my bank card details in order to allow me top up. Tks

My service immediately goes as soon as my monthly membership runs out. I can't even recieve calls or texts, is this normal??
