I used another credit card last month need to get membership

No service

I have no service on my phone I've just arrive back in Ireland I topped up membership yesterday

No service or Internet in dungarvan area Co. Waterford

Since yesterday I have been losing service in dungarvan and can offer lying make emergency calls sometimes I get one bar but it has exclamation mark after it and no Internet anyone know if there are service issues at the moment or anything

If I'm on a prepay deal can I still txt a number where there is a charge to text , a competition for example ?
