Don’t work membership

My membership has expired, but they won't let me buy a new one. Clicking on "membership" says that my membership is active. By clicking on "recruit" writes that there is no active membership.

Landline minutes

I have E17 credit. How do I buy landline minutes from this?

Have new card. Paid membership n it’s not allowing me to make a call

Lock caused by not using for a long time

I was in China before, so I didn't use this card for a long time. Now it's inactive. I can't buy a membership. How do I activate it？ Or can I just buy a new SIM card?
