Why was my credit not used to renew my membership? Hey guys, I received credit for recruit & reward but I was charged for my membership renewal ? Why did the membership renewal not use the recruit & reward credit to purchase this months membership?

When I login it is stuck on message saying it is busy porting my number. However it is has been the same for the last month. Because of this I cannot purchase more credit.
Tried number of times to contact agent. When i do finally get one they cant help!!! Cant port number over so they to ring current provider... did and it is 48months job to port over not Three. Being charged bt 48 and not even on their network.
