Resolved! dual sim on account

Hi,I want a second phone with a different sim but I cannot activate the second sim using the same email.  How do I get around this?

Resolved! Problems with my account

Got text message from you to say that there was a problem with my membership payment, I phoned bank and they said no problem from their end so can you explain why this should happen.  I now cannot obviously use my phone

I’ve accidentally bought the guido instead of my usual don and when I bought the don when I realized my mistake it says it won’t activate until next month, anyway I can have my guido refunded or even my don activated now?
