I have a iPhone 4s it won't connect to the carrier for and carrier keeps disappearing of the setting

Did it ever work?

If so did something change on the phone recently?

 

If it didn't work before and you are new to 48 then have you registered your SIM properly?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

Have you enabled data roaming?

Can you see 48 listed when you do a manual scan for networks:
