I try to pay for membership but it doesnt register.

I just tried topping up my membership there, I entered all my details, the usual, and i clicked the 'pay' button, but after waiting for some time, I never got any notice that my membership had been renewed, so I checked my Dashboard thing, and it said the my membership wasnt paid. This is where things got a little strange. I clicked to pay membership again, and it took me to a login page, even though I was already logged in, so I did, then i clicked to pay membership again, and it made me log in again, eventually it brought me to the payment page, so I entered my details, clicked the 'pay' button, but still I'm being given no membership. As far as i know, no money is being taken from my bank account, and the order isnt logged in my history.

 

I'm wondering if the website is having technical issues or something?

I'd be inclined to close the browser, launch it again and try again. Or even manually clear 48 cookies. Or try another browser. If the problem persists then maybe contact support for advice.

In the meantime if you're stuck you could consider topping up your credit balance by voucher and buying membership by text until the payment issue is sorted out?

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM TO PAY MEMBERSHIP AND NOW IT ASKING ME TO REGISTER MY SIM THAT I HAVE BE USING OVER AYEAR NOW.THIS SIM WAS REGISTER BEFORE AND NOW THE PACK THAT THE SIM CAME WITH I CAN NOT FIND IT ANYMORE. ALL I HAVE BE ASKED TO DO I DID IT CAN SOMEONE IN 48 PLEASE CHECK FOR ME PLEASE.
