What exactly do you mean you can't access the app on the new phone?

What happens?

Does it run at all?

Does it fail? If so how (e.g. screenshot)?

 

You can always renew membership online through the website.

Or by text if your credit balance is sufficient to pay for it.

 

How do I buy stuff by text?

Also you can set up automatic membership renewal if you have a credit card registered on your account - this is handy if you can afford it and don't want the hassle of remembering to buy membership every month:

ps My app on phone says Oops Unable to login - wrong credentials! - probably need to reload app and assign iphone 6 as phone with app.

I don't use an iPhone so I've no idea how the app works.

Is there somewhere to configure your credentials to use it?

I don't understand the bit about "assigning iPhone 6 as the phone with the app"?

Is that a message from the app or your own comment?
