Try powering your phone off and back on again.

Can you do a manual scan for networks and choose 48 or O2 if 48 is not listed?

Also try enabling [national] data roaming.

If that does not help they you'll probably have to ask 48 support about it.

Hope this helps.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I don't understand - how did you deactivate your account and why did you do that just because you bought a new phone?

And if it says no service how come you can text?

I think you'll probably need to contact 48 support about this:

Because i lost my old phone and this sim card is micro sd . And now i put it into new phone and it says no service.

OK - I didn't realise that you needed a new SIM of a different size.

Did you order a replacement SIM

or a new SIM?

The replacement SIM should just work and be linked to your existing account/membership etc.

If you got a new SIM then you should not register it but should log a support query asking 48 to transfer your existing account/membership over to it:

Does your online account display your proper number or a new 089 number?

Is your new phone unlocked for use on any network?

I still don't understand how you can have "no service" but be texting as you said in your original post.

You might have to contact 48 support for help.

Hope this helps.
