i had 10 euro credit and my credit didnt run out but i toped up 20don membership just so i can ring landlines and internet but its not working ?? can anyone help me
Buying a membership when there is a current membership in place with time left to run does NOT prematurely terminate the current membership so that the new one takes over. All memberships run their full monthly course. Chances are your Don membership has stacked to kick in when your current €10 membership (?) eventually runs its course and expires. If you need landline calls and internet and have used up your membership allowances then you need to buy the relevant add-ons. Probably the same situation as here:
