I can't connect to the internet with my Moto G second generation. My Guido membership isn't out of date. Data roaming is on.

Did it ever work?

If so did anything change on your phone - e.g. changes to settings, software update?

Are your internet settings configured correctly?

What exactly does your online account say about your current membership status, epxiry date and data allowance balance?

Does everything else work OK - incoming and outgoing calls and texts?
