Can't use my membership

I used up all my call minute in my membership & today I renewed the member ship but it won't be active until the current one runs out in the 28th of this month! I need to be able to make calls now I need my phone & can't use it & as iv just spent my €20 on the renewal I can't afford to just be buying credit! Can I somehow just start my new membership from right now? Thanks

Unfortuantely not.

Memberships always run their full monthly course.

So if you buy a new one when your current one has time left to run then the new one stacks to kick in when the current one has eventually expired.

If you use up membership bundled allowances before the month is up then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over until the end of the membership month.

Note that the membership that you bought has stacked so you haven't lost out on that €20.
