Card problem!!!

I want to buy 1G of internet, which I do at least 3 times a week with no problem, but now it is telling me that my card is not working. My card is indeed working and has been used since. I have tried at least a dozen times now, what do I need to do?

A few other people have reported this problem lately so you probably need to contact 48 support directly about this as I don't think that anybody on the forum will be able to explain or fix the problem:

If you are buying internet add-ons three times a week would you not be better off with Guido (5GB) or Mitch (15GB) memberships?
