If you got a warning then you are in danger of breaching the fair usage limits so you should be careful.
If you hit/breach the limit then you will get barred and will be locked out for the remainder of your current membership month period.
In that case you will not have access to ANY services while barred.
If that happens then you have to wait out that period and then contact 48 to get reinstated once the current membership expires.
Buying a new membership when you get barred will not help and it will simply stack to kick in when your current membership expires as normal.
If you get barred for a second time then you are barred for good from 48.
So - watch your usage to avoid getting barred.
