I had €10 euro credit and i didnt buy any add ons or do anything to use up my credit but it says i now had €7 credit and it runs out thursday (tomorrow night) and i need the credit for friday but ive no money now because i payed the ten euro and now its telling me i didnt

Cash credit on your account doesn't run out.

I presume you mean that your membership expires tomorrow and you need to buy a new membership?

 

If you topped up by €10 and the balance is now €7 then are you sure that you didn't use services that get charged from your credit balance that would have used up the €3?

Certain services are charged from your credit balance - e.g. international calls/texts, MMS messages, certain special number calls etc. E.g. see here:
