Judging by that query you have €7 cash credit on your account but you need at least €10 to buy a new membership for the end of the week? If that's the case then you can topup by any amount of round euros - e.g. €3 to get your balance up to €10 and then buy membership. Just enter the amount when your are buying it online or specify the amount when you buy a topup voucher.
