I was still active on the don with calls texts but ran out of internet and topped up by twenty credit and texted don but it took my internet and nothing was activated I still have no internet

DId you buy a new Don membership before the current one expired?

If so then the new one will have stacked to kick in when the current one has run its course.

In this case the current one does not get prematurely terminated and the new one does not start immediately.

Your onilne account should clarify - i.e. the expiry date and current/next membership details should explain what the situation is.
