I was Gifted the GUIDO

I was GIFTED the GUIDO and now it is not possible for me to purchase my usual 10€ deal for the unlimited calls and texts, I didn't authorize the gifting, I did not directly purchase the GUIDO - I should still be able to purchase the legacy deal as I am a legacy customer.

Please Assist.

Log a support request and ask 48 if they can reinstate your right to buy the old Standard/€10/all calls & texts membership.

They have done it for others when they inadvertently lost the right to buy this membership (usually because somebody gifted them a membership other than Standard or Don) - e.g. see here:
