There is no add-on for this.

You need cash credit on your account as international texts cost 25c each.

 

Other call charges

 

You also need to use the correct number format (e.g. 00 <country-code> <area-code> <number> - e.g. 00 44 .... for a UK number or + 44 ... also works).
