Internet not working

Hi I entered the correct settings on my phone, as instructed on the forum, but my internet connection does not work at all, it's showing as offline whenever i log on to chrome on my phone. I have a Samsung galaxy note 2. SMS/calls working perfect, how can I get it sorted?

How did you configure your settings?

Did you try the online configurator?

What are your settings right now?

Post them here for review if possible.

Do you have data roaming enabled?

I presume that you have a data allowance as part of your membership or data add-on?
