Internet very slow

For the last 2 days my internet is very slow or unable to access. Same for viber and whatsapp unable to send photos on both apps. Currently still on membership with active payment for net . Using iphone 4 s

Has anything changed on your phone?

Did the APN/internet settings change?

Hi thanks for reply . How do I check APN or internet settings I've tried through my main settings and cannot find it
